Are your gemstones natural and authentic?
Yes, 100%. Every gemstone we sell is naturally mined from the Karakoram and Himalayan ranges of Pakistan. We do not sell synthetic, lab-created, or treated stones. Each stone comes with a certificate of authenticity.
Where are your gemstones sourced from?
Our gemstones come from mines across Gilgit-Baltistan, including Hunza Valley, Skardu, Gilgit, and Swat Valley. We work directly with local miners to ensure ethical sourcing and fair trade practices.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship across Pakistan and internationally. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping takes 7-14 business days depending on the destination. All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (within Pakistan), bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, credit/debit cards via Stripe, and PayPal for international orders.
Can I return a gemstone?

How do I care for my gemstones?
Store gemstones separately to avoid scratching. Clean with a soft cloth and lukewarm soapy water. Avoid harsh chemicals, ultrasonic cleaners, and extreme temperatures. Each order includes a care guide specific to your gemstone type.
