We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your gemstone, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the gemstone must be:

• In its original, unaltered condition
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by the certificate of authenticity
• Returned within 7 days of delivery

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at support@biohimaliya.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned gemstone, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-cut gemstones and specially commissioned pieces are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or are significantly different from the description.
